Balancing Changes Maintenance Break (February 22nd, 2019)
As balancing changes are live here's the quick review of what's new in this update.
Before this update there is speculation that Maybe we might see the “Operation Blue Sky” (rework the system in Legend League to keep off clouds) might be closer and they want to put it into the update but looks like they save it for the Summer Update as they already said it's gonna to happen in the first half of 2019.
Defense balancing Changes (February 21st, 2019)
Along with the update, there will be some balancing changes that will boost X-Bows and Mortars but reduce Archer Towers and Cannons DPS plus adding some hitpoints to Goblins and Barbarians.

Traps and Defenses:

X-Bows, Inferno Towers, and Eagle Artillery will automatically be reloaded for free when you log back into the game.

Note: The above Defenses still use ammunition, so “dead bases” will still have unloaded Defenses if the player has not logged back in to reload them .

Traps (Spring Traps, Bombs, etc.) will re-arm for free when you log back into the game.
Magic Items:

The Magic Item UI has been changed. It will now be located in the Town Hall instead of the Clan Castle. This is to reduce the clutter of buttons you’re greeted with when clicking on the Clan Castle.
Clans:

Someone “accidentally” donate a Goblin or Wall Breaker? Leaders and Co-Leaders will be able to delete donated troops from other Clan Members’ War Clan Castles.
War Leagues
War League demotion rules have been changed (these new rules will be used starting from March season):
• Demote only 1 Clan to Bronze Leagues
• Promote only 1 Clan to Master and Champion Leagues
• Demote 3 Clans from Champion I League
Lunar New Year & More Wall Pieces (January 29th, 2019)
The Maintenance Break yesterday did not only bring us the 2019 Lunar New Year Obstacle (which is for Builder Base this time), it also will let you upgrade 50 more wall pieces to Level 13. This was only mentioned on social media and not inside the News tab in the game.
